Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop, facilitate and implement all phases of the client/vendor on-boarding process.
- Works in collaboration with other internal departments to identify needs for new features, processes, tutorials, etc.
- Work closely with our users to support them in the use of the software via phone and email communications.
- Conduct remote or onsite trainings of the system. Some domestic travel may be required (25% or less)
- Communicate with new system users to provide guidance on system use, Q & A training sessions, best practices, etc.
- Set up new clients and vendors within the system.
- Conduct testing and provide feedback of new software customization and features to our onsite development team.
- Create tutorials on new features and customization.
Requirements/Skills
- Staffing/recruiting or IT help desk experience preferred
- Travel up to 25%
- Self-motivated
- Analytical thinker
- Excellent communicator
- Proven skills in managing priorities, delivering on commitments, working effectively with diverse groups of people
- Responsible for 1 to 2 on-call shifts per week. On call hours are from 5PM to 9PM EST.
