From her early days as a Recruiting Coordinator to her roles as an HR Business Partner and eventually as COO, Angie has cultivated a well-rounded perspective that is invaluable to our team. Her expertise in navigating the complexities of the staffing ecosystem—drawing insights from agencies, funding organizations, ATS, MSP, and VMS—positions her uniquely to foster and strengthen our channel partnerships. Holding both SHRM and PHR certifications, Angie approaches challenges with a pragmatic mindset, blending strategic insight with creative problem-solving.
Her experience in leadership ensures that she is well-prepared to align outcomes with the needs of business owners, delivering tailored solutions that make a genuine impact. Currently based in the beautiful city of Bend, Oregon, Angie embodies a balance of professional dedication and personal passion. When she’s not busy developing strategic partnerships, she’s training for her fourth marathon and enjoying the great outdoors. Whether it’s skiing, snowmobiling, camping, or floating down the river, Angie does it all!
She cherishes her downtime as well, savoring good wine, live music, and exploring the world. Recently, Angie checked off her 50th country on her travel list and plans to venture further this summer. Angie resides with her husband, their daughter, and two spirited Weimaraners. Together, they embrace the delightful chaos of family life, filled with adventure and joy.
