Born & raised in Northern Kentucky, Tony has lived in the Cincinnati area his whole life. He has spent the last 18 years of his career as a Technical Recruiter in the staffing industry. Tony spent the last 10 years of his career recruiting for Pomeroy, a large IT company in the Cincinnati area. He looks forward to adding value to his already impressive resume through his work in streamlining workforce solutions here at SimpleVMS.

When Tony isn’t working he enjoys spending his time watching his kids play basketball, baseball, softball, and dance. He also enjoys traveling, espeically to the beach to soak up some sun. Also a fan of music, Tony enjoys attending rock & country concerts.

Paxston describes himself as someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and a “passion for people.” He has always been interested in the relationship between people and the products that change their lives. Paxston started his first business at nine years old, selling CDs and shoveling snow. Since then, he has constantly pursued and dedicated himself to helping people fulfill their goals and dreams. Paxston worked at Mercedes Benz, becoming a product expert for some of the most coveted cars in the world, which is where we first noticed his talent.

Paxston is pursuing his degree in Computer Science at UC. In his remaining free time, he exercises, shoots hoops, or enjoys Gyu-Kaku, his favorite Japanese barbecue dish. He also enjoys playing card games with his friends and staying up to date-with the world of technology. He finds the comparison of electric vehicles to combustion engines particularly compelling.

Ellen joined life in Cincinnati recently, coming from St. Louis, Missouri. She moved to Cincinnati at the end of August and has enjoyed her time getting to explore the city. During her time in St. Louis Ellen worked for Nestle Purina. She enjoyed helping the Purina team streamline campaigns and spread the word about new campaigns. Ellen brings a passion for marketing and everything creative to SimpleVMS and looks forward to growing with the company.

In her free time, Ellen enjoys cuddling with her cat, reading, and playing video games with her friends. She also enjoys traveling and uses it as an excuse to try coffee shops worldwide. Her favorite place to visit is Cannon Beach on the coast of Oregon. Ellen also enjoys going to live sports games when she can. She is a fan of baseball and a new fan of football since she joined her friend’s fantasy league. Ellen encourages anyone to reach out to her to talk about St. Louis, the Cardinals, or Oregon.

Originally from Cincinnati, Spencer graduated from the University of Louisville College of Business with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems. Before returning to the area, he worked as a Program Coordinator at a Louisville-based software/hardware company and interned as a Software Developer. He has also worked as an IT Project Coordinator at a Citrix Service Provider. Spencer brings an additional layer of expertise to the team with his fluency in Spanish.

Spencer likes spending time outdoors and stays busy hiking, golfing, playing in a softball league, and pick-up basketball. He also enjoys trivia, movies, and playing video games (he fits in perfectly with our team).
